Leann Brambach
Consultant, Lead Recruiter, Founder
Trained in early childhood education and home economy, Ms. Brambach holds a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis on Family Resource Management from Seattle Pacific University. Deeply committed to the family and community service, in addition to thirteen years of Nanny and Home Management experience, Ms. Brambach worked as a Registered Nursing Assistant and care provider through the Department of Social Health Services. She has held a number of community volunteer positions, working with Hospice and outreach programs for homeless families, and from 1992 to 1998, she organized and managed a state-certified DWI victim's panel. She founded Home Details, Inc. in 1998 as a means to integrate the theoretical approach to problem solving she explored in her education with the compassion and instincts derived from her hands-on work in the field.
Still active in consumer education, Ms. Brambach helps to shape public policies that effect family wellness and the private/domestic industry. In 2000, she was elected into Leadership Tomorrow. An active community member, industry leader, and advocate for families and the people who care for them, Ms. Brambach lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and daughter.
Rochelle G. Vinson
Ms. Vinson graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography. She spent eight years as a career nanny and upon completing her degree, realized the finest art was the family. In 2005, she founded The Nanny Connection, Inc., a company dedicated to helping families find the perfect Nanny. While in the research and planning phase of her company, she attended the International Nanny Association (INA) Conference, where she met Ms. Brambach. That meeting began an on-going professional relationship, with Ms. Brambach acting as mentor and consultant for Ms. Vinson's work. After the birth of her daughter, Ms. Vinson decided to step away from The Nanny Connection and join Ms. Brambach as an independent recruiter for Home Details. Able to bring her hands-on experience in the field to the hiring process, Ms. Vinson is able to nurture and promote the perspective of the both employee and employer.
Margie Henderson
Ms. Henderson received a B.S. in Sociology from Oregon State University. Interested in the dynamics of compassion in the workplace, she has worked with non-denominational faith-based organizations advising students, coaches, staff, and professional athletes in a university and professional setting. She also served as a Chaplain for the Ladies Professional Golf Association and as a consultant in various positions related to Human Resources. Her most challenging and rewarding career has been that of a mother of four in a blended family setting. She founded Nannies & More fifteen years ago with a passion for supporting families who are juggling the multiple demands of home and work. Her goal is to help insure that families and individuals are both nurtured and supported. As an independent recruiter for Home Details, Ms. Henderson is able to bring her vast experience to helping individuals and families find employment solutions that meet their unique needs.
