General Recruitment

As a small, boutique agency, Home Details develops a personalized relationship with our clients. Working one-on-one, from start to finish, we help clients articulate well-defined job descriptions, set reasonable expectations, and shepherd the process every step of the way. Our General Recruitment service allows us to help families through every stage of the search/hire/relationship building process. It insures privacy, supports clear communication, and delivers recruitment solutions that reflect individual needs. General Recruitment is available for the recruitment of local, non-management, full-time employees only. We charge a 10% recruitment fee based on the hired candidates first year's estimated salary. There is a one-year, tiered replacement policy.
