Our Specialized Recruitment utilizes the same framework and philosophy from our General Recruitment by working one-on-one with our clients, yet goes that extra mile. If needed, we network with national and international contacts to build a strong and unique candidate pool. We invest significant time upfront to understand and respect our client's specific and unique needs. Our Specialized Service is best suited for the recruitment of Home and Estate Managers, Butlers, Personal Assistants, and any other position that requires a unique skill set, unique work schedule, and an elevated requirement of discretion and security. Depending on the candidate profile, we charge between an 11-25% recruitment fee based on the hired candidates first year's estimated salary. There is a one-year, tiered replacement policy.
