Working Together

Thank you for considering working with Home Details. We work with families in several different ways and are flexible as to the level of service we can offer clients. As such, our role with individual applicants will vary. Sometimes a client may need a little assistance in recruiting candidates. Other times, they just need consultation. Or they may commission us to recruit, screen, profile, and play an active role in the hiring process of a new household employee. No matter the level of service, we always meet with each client/family in their home. We do this to better understand the family dynamic, to become familiar with the potential work environment, to get a true feeling for the type of individual the family needs to hire, and last but not least, to insure that each household is offering a safe and fair work environment.

As a recruitment agency, our style is very process oriented. We do not use a standard "fill in the blank" application process. We encourage applicants to use their professionalism and tap into their creativity. The type of credentials we looking for from applicants will vary from client to client and job to job. However, we are always seeking to work with individuals who are self-directed, proactive, have a heart for service, are non-judgmental, and have a good sense of themselves.
